Joe comes to Town.

Well what an eventful 3 weeks i have had, finally my Joe came to visit and i loved every second of it. We did lots of site seeing and lots of relaxing. I took him to Noosa, Coolum, Montville, Mooloolaba, Palmwoods, Cotton Tree, Caloundra, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba and all over Sydney. I took him to my most favourite places where I go all the time. I had so much fun and wish i could do it all again. He got to meet my precious Tom Tom who said when he first meet him, "Jonathan how did you come out of the Computer". They got along so well and makes me love him even more. I can't wait till the day we can finally be in the same country and just live everyday life together. I miss you Joe come back soon.x

So the past week has been pretty crazy with the flooding. It didn't reach us but we still got plenty of rain and lack of fruit and veg as you can see in the first pictures. I went into the supermarket to get some fruit and they didn't have anything not even apples. Its really sad how many people have lost homes and loved ones.

I have been busy baking again making lots of cakes for family things and also for the shop, i truly love it. I made a black forest cake and a rainbow cake for my sister in laws birthday and also for my dad who became the bishop this week. Also Chelsea Kylee Tomas and I went to the pool which was fun and as you can see Tomas just is so in love with her, it's so cute.

That last pictures is of an amazing burger I had was totally yum and can't wait to go get it again.

So I'm up baking late again, the best time to do it. Tomas is sleeping hehe. Well this week I have made so far. Two Berry Cheesecakes, a mars bar cheesecake, a strawberry and apple crumble cake, a passion fruit and lemon syrup cake and 3 dozen scones. I'm loving cooking for a living.

Well it's Christmas Eve and we have had a fun night with lots of Family, Friends and too much food. I can't believe another year is nearly gone, but how much fun and new adventures I have had. Starting with a couple of girls weekends away and then a fantastic trip to America which I will never forget. Tomas has definitely grown into a crazy little monster but a funny one at times, I do love him but two year olds are definitely challenging. It's sad to see another year gone but how excited I am for the next year and to see what exciting things are to happy.
